League Registration Refunds
- More than 60 days before league start:
- Refund minus $50 administration fee
- 30–60 days before start:
- Refund minus $50 administration fee and 25% of league fee
- Less than 30 days before start:
- Refund minus $50 administration fee and 50% of league fee
- After league start:
- No refunds
This covers:
- ice installation
- staffing
- scheduling
- league administration
- facility preparation
Medical / Relocation Exceptions
Special consideration may be granted for:
- medical reasons
- injury
- relocation
- family emergencies
Requests must:
- be submitted in writing
- include supporting documentation if requested
- Final decisions: General Manager or Board designate
Bonspiels / Clinics / Programs
- More than 14 days before:
- 50% refund
- Less than 14 days:
- No refund
Exception:
- if replacement team/player found:
- refund minus administration fee
Club Shutdown / Force Majeure
If SPC must suspend operations due to circumstances beyond its control:
- refunds or credits may be prorated based on:
- games completed
- operational costs incurred
- financial position of the club
Membership Transfers
Registrations are non-transferable unless approved in writing by SPC management.
NSF / Failed Payments
- $50 NSF fee
- missed payment may result in suspension of play privileges
Refund Timeline -Please allow up to 4 weeks from the date of refund request for processing
